Starting Point
A business-critical legacy platform was built on outdated technology. Maintenance costs kept rising, specialist availability kept shrinking, and operational risk was increasing.
Solution
The core modules were migrated step by step to a Java-based architecture while keeping both environments running in parallel. Business logic was transferred 1:1, and automated regression tests safeguarded quality.
Result
Maintenance and license costs were significantly reduced. The platform now runs stably on modern infrastructure with full CI/CD integration.
Starting Point
Thousands of incoming documents had to be reviewed, classified and assigned manually every day. Processing times were high and error rates followed accordingly.
Solution
An AI-based document recognition workflow was introduced using OCR and machine learning. It classifies document types automatically, extracts relevant data and assigns everything to the correct case.
Result
Processing time per document was reduced by 75%. Recognition accuracy exceeded 95%.
