The system does the maths

From measurements to a quote in a minute: the system calculates quantities, cutting plan, hours, coating and price, and draws the draft from which the CAD file for the workshop is generated. The AI only writes the quote text. Fictional metalwork business, made-up prices; the demo does the maths in your browser for illustration.

Made-up prices, for illustration only

Simplified version of the configurator the master craftsman uses in the business. There the AI pre-fills the form from the customer enquiry – dimensions, material and site from email, photos and sketch –, asks only for what is missing, and the master checks and confirms. The maths there is not done in the browser but in the business's backend: the AI calls the calculation tools, and only they deliver numbers. This demo reproduces the formulas in the browser for illustration.

5 posts, 4 bays, 37 bars at 110 mm spacing.

In a real project the business approves the drawing before the quote is produced. The tool then generates the CAD file (DXF, 1:1 in millimetres) for workshop and laser, and the PDF with elevation, base detail and parts list for the quote.

Calculated with 4 m (rounded up to half metres, 1 to 30 m).

In real projects the tool works with the business's own price list and time standards, reads the enquiry including photos, generates drawing and CAD file, and hands the item to the ERP. The AI only asks for what is missing and writes the quote text – it is not allowed to do the maths. See the case study
